This statement covers eidogen-sertanty.com and eidogen.com, and the customer services reached through them.

Visiting the site

The web server records each request: the address it came from, the date and time, the page or file requested, the referring page, and the browser or tool used. These records keep the service running and let us investigate problems and misuse. We use Google Analytics to measure visits, which sets cookies in your browser. Addresses seen in these records are checked against a geolocation service so we can tell a customer apart from an automated crawler.

Customer accounts and downloads

Licensed customers receive a named account. Signing in records the account name, the date and time, and the address used. Each file downloaded is recorded with its name, the time and the address.

What you send us

A message sent through a form, an email address given to receive a result or a download code, and anything you submit to a tool on the site are recorded so we can answer you, deliver what you asked for, and support the service.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Eidogen-Sertanty, we use it to send the messages you asked for, such as account, support or delivery notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@eidogen-sertanty.com. Opting in and opting out both happen on the same number that sends the messages.

Mobile numbers and text message consent are used only to send these messages. They are not sold, and they are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, lead generation or analytics. A vendor that delivers the messages on our behalf receives only what it needs for that delivery and may use it only for that purpose.

Who else handles it

Email is delivered through Amazon Web Services, measurement is through Google Analytics, and address lookups go to a geolocation provider. Each receives only what it needs to perform that task and acts on our instructions. Information collected here is used for the purposes on this page and to meet the terms of a customer license.

How long it is kept

Server records are archived by month and held with our site backups. Account and download records are kept for the life of the customer relationship and for as long as a license or an audit requires.

Your choices

Write to support@eidogen-sertanty.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to remove it. Your browser settings and the Google Analytics opt out extension control what Analytics receives.

When this statement changes, the date at the top changes with it.
